A new blog, a new chapter in my life. Never been so far away from home for such a long time.
On the 4th of January I am taking off in a jet plane to the far east. First I will spend nearly a month in Thailand with friends to prepare myself for the internship. Reading articles, books, finishing up some school work and ofcourse relax in the hot weather.
After this I will fly from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia where the real deal starts. There I will do my internship during 4 months at the Malaysian office of Nielsen under supervision of the APAC office of Nielsen located in Sydney, Australia.

For Nielsen and myself I will research the following question: Thinking globally, clicking locally - How can Nielsen best leverage the power of digital media in an international marketing environment?
At Nielsen I will work on various projects in the direction of global consumer marketing, global recruitment and e-marketing.
On this blog I will place all my experience in the shape of video, text and photography.
So expect this site to be filling up starting from january.
